Even after the corona-dust settles, remote working will continue to rise – by 2030, the demand from employees to work remotely will increase by 30 percent, as Generation Z fully enters the workforce.
With all these people going remote, how should organizations train employees to use new tools and technologies? How can educators engage students in meaningful, experiential learning when face-to-face training is impossible? COVID-19 has raised the stakes, and these big questions are now top of mind.
